To place an order, please make a note of your required item code(s), email or call us and we will organise payment.

Please note that it is not secure to send your credit card details by unencrypted email. For your own security please always telephone or fax your credit card information.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect both you and us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

All costs incurred in the course of the transaction must be repaid in full, including all bank and carriage charges.
Cancellation
All cancellations must be in writing and e-mailed to query@hirelevelweddingservices.co.uk or faxed to 01403 260409 within 24 hours of placing your order.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you (subject to your agreement)
